I have news for you. Take a seat, take a moment, breathe: Trevor Noah is now a contributor on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
Trevor Noah, a South African comedian, made his debut on the show on December 5, 2014. He made light of the recent racial tensions and police brutality in the United States. He also commented lightly on the Ebola situation.
Trevor Noah’s presence on the The Daily Show is a fantastic development for all of Africa. Jon Stewart is known for his comedic genius and his devastating political commentary. Noah, whose sharp comedy also pokes fun at politicians, will hopefully use the platform introduce an American audience to a non-stereotyped Africa.
